Former New York Giants Backer was arrested early this morning by the City of Ramapo police after being accused of raping someone in the Holidome Hotel in Montebello, north of New York, WCBS said.

Journal Newssays alleged victim was an 15-year-old girl who was broken. Journal News also says it has learned from Taylor charged with third-degree rape, that intercourse with a minor.

Said the new status conference is expected later today, when the police provide more information.

Taylor's troubled past includes a recurring problem with drugs. He tested positive for cocaine samples in 1987 and in 1988 the NFL suspended for 30 days, when he did not change the test.

In life, Taylor admitted, continued heavy use of cocaine, when he retired. He became a drug rehab twice in 1995, but later was arrested twice in three years on charges of trying to buy cocaine, undercover officers
